The Alabama A&M University ROTC program hosted its 51st annual Military Ball, where L.t Gen. Robert Rasch Jr. delivered a motivational speech urging cadets to consider the legacy they will leave as future leaders. He emphasized that leadership is not about rank but about the influence they have on Soldiers and noncommissioned officers, urging cadets to be mindful of the responsibility that comes with their roles. Rasch expressed confidence that the Bulldog Battalion cadets would be remembered as caring leaders who uphold high standards.
